• Love people and see caring for our elderly loved ones in their sunset years as an honor and a privilege.

• Love people to have fun, have a sense of humor, and find joy in the small things.

• Are practical, patient, kind and unphased by the essential unglamorous physical and healthcare aspects of the work required to support each of our members in living each day to the fullest.

• Those who delight in getting to know what each individual community member brings to our program and find ways to improve the quality of their days with us.

• Those who cherish the life stories, history, specific skills, abilities, and beautiful quirks that each individual brings to enrich our community.  

• Enjoy and are eager to learn about physical, emotional and the spiritual aspects of aging and how to best support our members in their daily activities.
